About Metasearch Bidding for NewBook Properties
Bidding module that connects your NewBook Cloud rate calendar to Australian and Asia-Pacific metasearch surfaces, submits price feeds every fifteen minutes and adjusts commission bids in real time based on occupancy, lead time and channel margin. Includes a per-property meta dashboard with clicks, bookings, average booking value and cost-per-acquisition metrics, plus per-market bid modifiers for your top-ten source states and countries. Commission-based bidding supported. Feeds are compliant with the standard metasearch XML specification and pass validation on submission. Requires a NewBook Cloud property with an approved payment gateway and a working direct-booking flow.
How to get started
Add to cart and place the order
Add the module to your cart and place the order. A payment link and account access instructions arrive by email.
Access your CloudBookMod account
Use the access link sent by email to open your Client Area. Your NewBook module is ready to configure.
Connect your NewBook API credentials
Enter your NewBook API key under Settings → Connected NewBook Account. Need help retrieving your API key? See the NewBook access guide.
Configure and go live
Follow the module’s own configuration wizard. The first synchronisation with your NewBook account runs within 15 minutes of activation.
