Pricing FAQ

No. No setup fee, no onboarding fee, no one-off charge. You pay only the monthly subscription for each module. Activation happens as soon as payment is confirmed.
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your Client Area, with no penalty. See the refund policy for the terms that apply mid-period.
Displayed prices are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax. Australian GST at 10% is added at checkout for domestic customers. New Zealand GST at 15% is added for New Zealand billing addresses under the remote-services rules. GST-registered Australian businesses receive a tax invoice showing our ABN, the pre-tax amount and the GST payable.
Bundle pricing is available for three or more modules. Get in touch at support@cloudbookmod.org before checking out to request a quote. Group discounts are also available for hospitality operators running two or more NewBook Cloud properties.
